Laboratory of Padideh Shimi Gharb Company (PSG Lab) is one of the reliable and independent reference labs to perform physical, chemical, and efficiency tests of detergents, sulfonic acid, and ammonium lauryl ether sulfate, with design and installation of quality management system based on the standard: ISO/IEC 2005/17025.
Laboratory evaluation of PSG lab based on the requirements of ISO 17025/IEC standard was performed in June 2016 by the National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI); according to the obtained result, PSG Company succeeded in receiving the certification of this standard and its extension.
It is worth mentioning that the PSG Test Laboratory, which is the result of the activities of R&D and quality control laboratories, has also received the certification of the partner laboratory of the Alborz Province Standards and Industrial Research Office.
PSG Laboratory policy:
Laboratory of detection and Quality Control of PSG Company is active in quality control and detection fields and other applicants for laboratory services are active as a partner laboratory of the National Standardization Organization.

Importance of standard 17025:
Standard 17025 has been developed for laboratories that operate based on quality management systems and want to prove their technical competence. This standard, which is the result of the experiences gained from the successful implementation of 25 IEC / ISO and the European standard of EN 45001, is now a suitable alternative for both of them. This system is a management system for calibration and test labs and does not have a management framework only, but examines the activities of laboratories by providing solutions for measured quantities and methods. Therefore, it has both measurement validity and continuous improvement of laboratory activity.
